Chrizens / TAP

About

Christian Ensing, better known as Chrizens, represents the new generation of Uptempo Hardcore.

Known for combining powerful kicks with emotional melodies, high-energy drops and a cinematic edge, the Dutch producer has built a recognizable sound within the modern Uptempo scene. After making his debut with releases on Partyraiser Recordings, Chrizens quickly started gaining attention through his own productions, edits and collaborations.

In 2022, his edits of Regain – Cocaine and Adjuzt – Red Lips gained major traction online, introducing his sound to a rapidly growing audience and helping him surpass the one-million-stream milestone early in his career.

Since then, Chrizens has continued to grow both musically and commercially. His collaboration with Sparkz, How Low Can You Go, has now surpassed 2 million streams, becoming one of the strongest-performing releases in his catalogue and further establishing his name within the Uptempo scene.

With releases and collaborations through labels such as Snakepit, Partyraiser Recordings and Young Guns, alongside collaborations with artists including MBK, Irradiate, Inswennity and Astro Blast, Chrizens has steadily expanded his catalogue while refining his own identity.

What separates Chrizens from many others is his focus on combining melody and emotion with the raw energy Uptempo is known for. Rather than relying on impact alone, his productions are built around memorable themes, atmosphere and contrast — moving between cinematic melodies, aggressive drops and hard-hitting kicks.

Now entering a new chapter in his career, Chrizens is pushing his sound further into a darker, more cinematic and modern direction. With new music and major collaborations on the way, his focus remains clear: creating Uptempo that hits hard, but is remembered for more than just the kick.
