Terms for MC Mota
Ground rules for the pages MC Mota publishes here.
Who publishes this page
The pages under this handle are published by MC Mota and hosted by Stagent B.V., trading as TAP (The Artist Passport). MC Mota chooses the name, the biography, the images, the documents, the links and the contacts. We do not check any of it for accuracy.
This artist is not verified. We have not checked who is behind it, so treat what is on these pages as MC Mota's own word. How verification works explains what verification covers and how an artist gets it.
What you may do with what is here
- Read it, and use it to reach MC Mota about their work.
- Quote it, with attribution, the way you would any published source.
- Download the EPK and use it to write about or promote MC Mota.
What you may not do
- Copy these pages into your own database, by any means, including a screenshot or an export.
- Collect them automatically. Applications read artists through our API under its conditions of use, and everyone else reads the page.
- Use the contact details to sell something to the people listed.
- Use them to train a model.
Each of these applies just as much if you ask someone else to do it, or give someone else the means to.
Links off this page
Most of what is here points somewhere else. Follow a link and you leave us, and whatever is on the other side is governed by that site's terms, not ours. We do not check where the links go, and a link here is not a recommendation.
If something here is wrong
Use the report link at the bottom of any page. Anyone can report anything, no account needed. A person reads every report, and if you left an email address we tell you what we decided and why. If your own details are on this page and you want them gone, say so and they go, without having to explain why.
This summary is not the whole agreement. The terms of service govern holding and using an artist, and what you may not publish sets the limits on content.
