Prove you belong to the artist.

Verification is the artist's. The passport is yours: your name, your photo, and the artists you belong to with your role in each. Sign in with TAP and an app reads it, with nothing else to send.

What it shows

Who you are, and where you belong.

One passport per person, whatever number of artists you work on. It lists the artists and your role in each, from your team memberships.

Issued on request
You ask from your account, TAP looks. Four things first: a place on at least one artist, a verified email address, a verified phone number and a photo of yourself.
The avatar is the photo
The avatar on your account is the passport photo. A face, not a logo. Replace it and the change is logged; it cannot be removed while the passport stands.
Read by apps
Sign in with TAP hands an app your passport: your name, your photo, the date it was issued, and each artist with your role and whether TAP verified it.
Read at the door
Planned. A festival scans it and sees who you are, your role, and whether the artist is verified, without calling TAP.
How you get one

Four things, one button.

Everything happens on the Passport page in your account. TAP does the rest.

01 Ask from your account Open Passport under You. The page lists the four things it needs and which are still open, then one button: Request passport.
02 TAP looks The passport is issued, or the request is denied with a reason you can read. Withdraw while it is pending, request again when you are ready.
03 Carry it Your name, your photo, the date it was issued, and the artists you belong to with your role in each. Join an artist and it appears; leave one and it goes.
What it is not

One document, one meaning.

The passport says who you are and which artists you belong to. It says nothing else, and that is the point.

  • Verification is the artist's, not a person's. The verified badge belongs to the profile.
  • A proof that the bio is true, or that the artist is popular, signed, or booked.
  • A ticket, a backstage pass or a contract. The door still decides who comes in.

Yours, not the artist's.

Free, like everything an artist gets. What the passport needs and what it shows: Your passport in the docs.
