Report a page

Anyone can report a page an artist publishes, with or without an account. A person reads every report.

Report and legal

Every artist page has Report in its foot, filled in with the page you were on. The form is also at /report.

What to say

  1. The address of the page, or just the handle. A full address works, including an artist's own domain.
  2. Which page it is, if you know: the website, the links page, the music page or the EPK. You can leave it on Not sure.
  3. Why: the artist impersonates someone, your own details are on it, the information is wrong, the content is unlawful, it infringes your intellectual property, or something else.
  4. What happened, in at least 20 characters. Enough for us to act on.
  5. Your email, if you want an answer. You can leave it empty.
  6. Confirm the report is made in good faith.

If the address names no artist here, the form says so and nothing is sent. Check the handle and try again.

What happens

Every report is queued for a person. Depending on what we find, we ask the artist to fix it, change the artist's profile ourselves, or suspend it.

If you left an email address, we tell you what we decided in one line, with the reason. Reply to that email if you think we got it wrong or the problem is still there. We keep your address for six months after the decision so we can answer you, and then forget it.

Your own details on a page

Contacts on an artist are added by the artist. Report the page, or write to the artist; the address is on the page.

Still stuck?

Write to us with the handle and what you tried. A person answers, usually the same day.
