The page a visitor gets
Someone who opens a handle that is not published sees 'This artist is not available', with a line saying the address may have changed or the artist is not published. The page does not name the artist.
A handle that does not exist, and a suspended artist, answer the same page. A visitor cannot tell the three apart.
Preview it yourself
In the editor, every page has a Preview button while the artist is not published. You see what a visitor will see once it is.
The EPK while you work on it
A published artist whose EPK lost its last press photo shows 'This EPK is being updated' instead of the page. Add a photo and the page is back. The website and the links page are not affected.
