Publish the artist

One page with something to show is enough. Publish from the overview and every page you use opens.

Publishing

Until you publish, none of the pages opens. Publishing is one button on the overview, and it opens the website, the links page, the music page and the EPK together.

What it needs

Each page has its own requirement, and one page that meets it is enough to publish:

  • The website needs a bio.
  • The links page needs a link or a channel.
  • The music page needs a release.
  • The EPK needs at least one press photo.

The overview shows each page with what it still needs and where to add it. An avatar and a first contact are recommended, not required.

Publish

  1. Open the overview.
  2. Press Publish.

Every page you use is live. Who can see each one is set on the page itself: Who can see each page.

Unpublish

Owners unpublish under Danger zone on the artist's Settings; someone editing through an app publishes but cannot unpublish. Every page closes. Nothing on the artist is lost, and publishing again keeps the original publish date.

The reminder mails

An owner of an artist that is not published gets a mail on day 3 and on day 14, saying what it still needs. Two mails, then no more. Switch off Setup tips under Email on your account if you do not want them: Which mails you get.
