Sign-in links and codes, and notices about your artists and your account, for example: someone added you to a team, a browser we have not seen before signed in as you, a domain went live, TAP decided on a request, TAP changed something. Every decision TAP takes about you or your artist reaches you by mail, with the reason where there is one. These have no unsubscribe.
Yours to switch off
On the Notifications tab under Account:
- Setup tips: a letter from the founder when you arrive or make your first artist, and a nudge while an artist is not published yet. Two nudges at most per person.
- Product updates: what changed on TAP. A few times a year at most.
Every optional mail has an unsubscribe link at the foot. Pressing it switches that category off for your address; switch it back on from the Notifications tab.
Mail stopped arriving
If a mail to your address bounced, we stop sending to it, sign-in links included. Write to us from another address and we lift the block.
