A suspended artist
The artist pages are unavailable and editing is frozen until the suspension is lifted. The editor shows why, when a reason was recorded. Owners still see the Activity page, and so do members and the people editing through an app. Activity by email pauses, and the changes from the suspension go out once it is lifted.
If you think it is a mistake, reply to any mail from us or write to the address in the site footer.
A blocked account
The sign-in form says the account is blocked, with an address to write to.
A blocked account cannot delete itself from the account page. Write to that address and we handle it: Your export, and deleting your account.
Reports
Anyone can report a page: Report a page. A report is read by a person; it does not suspend anything on its own.
