Set up your pages

The overview walks you through it: pick your pages, then the steps for those pages, then the link in your bio.

Getting started

A new artist opens on its overview with one card, Set up your pages. It is the same card for an artist you claimed yourself and for one an agency set up for you.

Pick your pages

The card first asks which pages you use: the website, the links page, the music page, the EPK. Each tile shows the page with your name in it, and one sentence on what it is for. All four start on. Switch off what you do not want and press Continue.

An artist you claimed yourself already answered this on the claim page. An artist an agency set up sees the choice on its first visit, with the pages the agency turned on.

A page can be switched on or off later, in the bar above that page's section, on the button that names its state.

The steps

The steps follow the pages you chose. With every page on, there are eight:

  1. Set up your profile: a bio, an avatar and your channels, each ticked as you add it.
  2. Add a contact: who a promoter writes to. Use my email lists you in one press.
  3. Add your first link: your latest release or tour.
  4. Import your releases: paste your Spotify artist page under Music. It opens the music page.
  5. Add press photos: one opens the EPK.
  6. Choose your branding: a theme, an accent colour and fonts. Keeping TAP's branding counts too.
  7. Publish.
  8. Put your link in your bio: the address to paste, and how to paste it on Instagram and TikTok. Press Done when it is in.

A page you switched off takes its steps with it. An artist without a links page or a website has no link to put in a bio, so that step is gone as well.

The sidebar shows the same progress on every page of the artist, and takes you back to the overview.

Skip, and come back

Skip, top right on the card, takes three presses and hides the card. Done on the last step does the same. To get the steps back, open the menu at the top right of Overview and press Show setup steps.
