There is no password on TAP. Every sign-in starts with your email address.
- Open the sign-in page and enter the email address you claimed the handle with, or the address a team member added.
- We send a mail with a sign-in link and a code.
- Open the link on the device you are on, or type the code into the page you started from.
The link and the code work for 15 minutes. After that, ask for a new one from the same page. An address TAP has not seen before gets an account the moment you ask for a link.
Where you land
With one artist, you land on it: owners on the editor, members on the artist's website. With several, you land on Home, the list of your artists. With none, you land on the claim page, unless an app handed you access to an artist: then you land on Home.
The mail does not arrive
Check the spam folder first. If it is not there, the address you typed may differ from the one on the account: a dot, a plus tag or an old domain. Try the address you used when you claimed the handle, or the one your team member added.
The account is blocked
The sign-in form says so, with an address to write to if you think it is a mistake.
A page expires or cannot open
An expired form returns you to the previous page with a message when TAP has a safe return address. Without one, the expired-page screen gives you a way to start again. Unsaved changes may need to be entered again.
Other error pages explain what stopped the request and give you a way back to the site, or to sign in when that is needed. If an error appeared while saving a change, check whether it was saved before submitting it again. A payment error does not tell you whether a payment went through; contact us if you are unsure.
