An artist is one profile: the artist's name, bio, avatar, logo, photos, riders, channels and contacts. Four pages read from it, and every app you connect reads the same profile.
The editor
The sidebar keeps two groups: Pages and Artist, with the rest as tabs under Settings.
Under Pages:
- Overview: the setup steps for the pages you use (Set up your pages), then the pages themselves: what each is for, what it still needs or who can see it, and the button to publish.
- Website, Links, Music and EPK: what each page shows.
Under Artist:
- Profile: name, handle, bio, avatar, logo, favicon, website and channels.
- Contacts: who a promoter writes to.
- Stats: what each page counts. Owners see this, and so do the people editing through an app.
- Apps: the apps that read or edit the artist, on the Access tab. Owners see this, and the people editing through an app see who has access: Apps that work on the artist.
- Settings: search engines and crawlers, and deleting the artist.
Under Settings, in tabs:
- Branding: theme, accent colour, pattern and fonts, for all four pages.
- Team and Activity: who works on the artist and what they did. Owners see these, and so do the people editing through an app. A member reads the Activity about the artist, its pages and its verification: Get the activity by email.
- Verification: what verified means, what helps, and your domain.
The four pages
- The website at the handle: hero, name, bio, your newest releases, links, channels and contacts.
- The EPK at the handle plus /epk: bio, notes, photos, logos, riders and contacts, with a download of all of it.
- The links page at the handle plus /links: your links, with music and video playing on the page.
- The music page at the handle plus /music: every release you put out, imported from Spotify, each with its own page.
They are published together. Until you publish, none of them opens: Publish the artist.
Verified
TAP checks that the people behind the profile are the artist or their team. The verified badge shows in the footer of every page, with the date when you open it, and in every app that reads the artist: What verified means.
