What an owner can do that a member cannot

Two kinds of access. Owners edit the artist and manage the team. Members see it.

Team and apps

Owner

Edits everything on the artist, and decides about it:

  • Adds and removes team members, and changes what they may do.
  • Publishes and unpublishes.
  • Requests verification and a name change.
  • Verifies the domain and puts the website on it.
  • Connects and disconnects apps.
  • Sees the whole Activity page, the team and the apps included.
  • Adds outside addresses that get the activity by email.

Member

Sees the artist. Opening the artist from Your artists takes a member to the website, not the editor.

A member also reads what changed on the artist, its pages and its verification, through the link in an activity mail: Get the activity by email.

At least one owner

An artist always has an owner. The last owner cannot be removed or made a member. Make someone else an owner first.

Access through an app

A person who arrives from a connected app runs the artist's pages for a while without being on the team. What they can and cannot do: Editing from inside an app.
