Notes live under EPK. They are shown under the bio on the EPK page and nowhere else.
What to put there
The things a promoter asks about after reading the bio: how many people travel, what the artist brings, what it needs early, how to bill it. Anything that would otherwise be a mail thread.
Markdown works: bold, italic, links, lists. Up to 2.000 characters. Leave a blank line between paragraphs.
What not to put there
Contact details: they have their own section, so the EPK can save them as a contact card: Contacts. Phone numbers and email addresses in the notes are logged as changed, never with their value.
