The three file sections live under EPK. Up to 20 files per upload.
Press photos
Shown on the EPK. Promoters download them as they are, so upload full size. JPEG, PNG, WebP or TIFF, up to 50 MB each; a JPEG, PNG or WebP stops at 30 megapixels. TIFF has no preview; it shows as a file with its size.
At least one press photo is needed before the EPK can be published.
Logos
Upload a PNG with transparency or a vector file. PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG, EPS, PDF, PSD or TIFF, up to 50 MB each; a PNG, JPEG or WebP stops at 30 megapixels. EPS, PDF, PSD and TIFF have no preview.
The logo that replaces the name at the top of the pages is a different one, under Profile: Avatar, logo and favicon.
Riders
Riders, technical riders, stage plots, hospitality riders and input lists, as PDF, up to 20 MB each. Choose what the file is when you upload it. Open an existing row to change that choice, open the PDF in a new tab or remove it.
One choice applies to every file in the same upload. Choose Rider for a document that combines several parts or when you do not want to classify it. Downloads put the kind before the file name, such as Stage plot - Night Shift.pdf. What goes in one: Rider in the glossary.
On the EPK
Each section shows its files with a download of the whole section. Download all at the top of the EPK puts everything in one zip: The EPK.
