The name
The artist's name, as it appears on the bill. Up to 120 characters. On a verified artist the field is locked; TAP reviews a change first: Change the name or handle of a verified artist.
The bio
Up to 5.000 characters, in Markdown: bold, italic, links and lists. Leave a blank line between paragraphs.
Where it shows up:
- The website, under the header.
- The EPK, under the facts and the intro, with a copy button for the promoter: Facts and intro.
- The links page, where the first line stands under the name unless you set a tagline: The links page.
The website needs a bio; the EPK needs a press photo.
Write it once
Write the bio the way a promoter will paste it into a programme: the artist, where it is from, what it plays, what it did last. Put the long version in the EPK notes if you need one: Notes for promoters.
