The Website field sits under Profile. Leave it empty if the artist has no site of its own.
What it does
The address is shown as a channel on the website, the links page, the EPK and every release page. Emptying the field removes it again.
Two more things it can do
- Under Verification you can prove the domain is yours with one DNS record. That counts toward verification: Prove the domain is yours.
- A verified domain can carry the website TAP builds for the artist, so nightshift.nl opens the artist's website: Show the website on your domain.
Once the domain shows the website, the field is read-only. Change it under Website.
